30-Day Return Window

If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Simply contact us with your order details, and our team will guide you through the return process.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In their original condition
Unused and uninstalled
Free from damage or alteration
Returned with all original packaging and hardware

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of our work, the following items cannot be returned:

Custom products made specifically to your requested size, colour, or style
Items that have been installed, altered, or cut onsite
Products purchased through final-sale promotions

Return Shipping

At this time, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item arrives safely back at our studio.

Damaged or Defective Items

Your order is carefully inspected and packaged before it leaves our studio.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and packaging.

We’ll make it right.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your product for a different size, style, or finish, please reach out to our team. We can help determine the best option and guide you through next steps depending on stock and availability.
