Begin by submitting a Trade Partner Application.
Applications outline your business type, primary market, and the product categories you wish to represent. Authorization is granted by category, not by full product line.
Submission does not guarantee approval. Authorization is granted by product category and is not automatically extended to all Prairie Barnwood products.
Each application is reviewed for:
- Brand alignment
- Product fit
- Market positioning
- Category selection
Dealer authorization is discretionary and confirmed only through written approval.
Applications are evaluated based on business alignment, market focus, and requested product categories.
Upon approval, partners receive:
- Written category authorization
- Sample kit requirements based on approved products
- Access to trade media resources
- Onboarding guidance
Sample kits are required for activation and are purchased, non-refundable professional reference tools.
Authorization applies only to approved product categories and may be modified as the program evolves.
Once authorized and onboarded, trade partners may begin quoting and placing orders within approved categories.

Lead times are provided at time of order and may vary by product category and project scope. All orders are subject to accepted specifications and current scheduling.
