We offer free shipping anywhere in Canada. Once your order is complete and paid, we’ll package and ship it directly to your door, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after leaving our studio.

We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Custom-made pieces, altered items, and final-sale products are not eligible for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
